Critical Distance offers a review of conceptual art through the reimagining of works from the 1950s to the 1980s, years in which this art form was consolidated and currently occupies a key space in contemporary art.
The participating artists distance themselves from historical works to analyze and respond from a critical and updated position. This separation is crucial to creating their own unique piece without losing the dialogue with the original.
This group exhibition is based on a collaborative process in which the artists engage in questioning their references and the personal development of each of their own voices. The result of this collaborative learning is a variety of individual works that praise, underscore, and contrast how each original artist approached the theme of their work in its original context.

Multidisciplinary collective exhibition.
It is a collection of works that speaks to the most fleeting intimacy in the world.
Home — a place that is rebuilt so many times throughout life.
An express exhibition that gathers different ways of building, or perhaps of finding yourself, or perhaps of being unable to relate, to a safe space through words, thoughts, textures, or games.
This is how the structure of this home feels — a place we have chosen to encounter one another. Yet, just as it arrives, it also disappears.

“Hueco” is an exhibition of self-portraits that explores how mutual perception blurs the boundaries between the I and the we.
Through the gaze of the other, it investigates the construction of identity from intersubjectivity.
Following Almudena Hernando’s reflection on the fantasy of individuality, the exhibition challenges the idea of an isolated self, placing it instead in relation to the surrounding gazes.
Based on four narratives, the project weaves a visual exchange between how my friends see me, how I portray them, and how these perceptions intertwine in photography.
The result is a shared narrative that shifts self-portraiture towards a collective territory.
